Get ready for one of the most fun and unpredictable challenges of the retreat!

Before the retreat, I would like for those that wish to participate in this challenge to create a Bibbidi Bobbidi Stash Bag.

All you need to do is to pop some craft supplies from your stash into a bag.

Your stash bag might include:

📄 Patterned paper (6x6, 12x12 or scraps)
✂️ Die cuts or ephemera
🎀 Ribbon, lace or twine
🌸 Flowers
💎 Enamel dots or gems
🦋 Chipboard pieces
🏷️ Tags or journalling cards
✨ Stickers

When you arrive at the Retreat pop your name on the Bibbidi Bobbidi List and drop your bag into the Bibbidi Bobbidi Box.

After dinner on Thursday night, I'll draw the bags out randomly and you'll receive someone else's mystery stash bag.

Your challenge is to create a scrapbook
layout using as many of those supplies as possible.

You can add a few extra bits
from your own stash only if needed,
but I'd love the mystery bag to be the star of the show.

There are no winners or losers—every completed layout will go into our random prize draw.

Every great Disney adventure begins with a story… and now it's your turn to tell one!

For this challenge, you'll create a beautiful oversized tag inspired by the cover of a magical storybook. Imagine someone picking your tag up from a library shelf—what story would it tell?

Choose your favourite Disney character, movie or magical theme and bring it to life using papers, embellishments and your own creative style. It can be classic, whimsical, vintage, elegant or bright and colourful—the choice is yours!

Your tag must include:

📖 A Story Title
Create a title just like the cover of a storybook. It can be the name of a favourite Disney movie, a magical phrase, or something you've made up yourself.

👑 A Character
Include a Disney-inspired character or magical hero. This could be represented with a printable, silhouette, illustration or themed embellishment.

✨ Gold Accents
Include touches of gold to give your storybook a magical, enchanted feel. Think gold ink, foil, paint, embossing powder, thread, sequins or embellishments.

📝 Hidden Journalling Spot
On the back of your tag, create a hidden pocket, flap or tuck spot where you can write a favourite Disney quote, a treasured memory.

For this challenge, you’ll be creating a scrapbook layout using the Hidden Magic printable provided.

Your layout must include the bright and playful colour scheme of:

❤️ Red
💛 Yellow
🖤 Black
🤍 White

You’ll also need to include a banner somewhere on your page. This could be made from patterned paper, ribbon, tags, flags, bunting or pieces from the printable.

Now for the fun part…

Hidden somewhere on your layout, you need to include three tiny mouse-inspired elements.

They can be easy to spot, or you can make them very sneaky!

You might like to hide them:

✨ Tucked inside an envelope
✨ Under a photo
✨ Behind a tag
✨ Peeking out from behind an embellishment
✨ Hidden in a cluster
✨ Stencilled into the background
✨ Made really, really tiny so everyone has to look closely

Your mouse elements can be die cuts, stamped images, buttons, enamel dots, hand drawn, embossed, stencilled or created from little embellishments.

The challenge is for everyone else to try and find them!

There are no rules, no right or wrong way to decorate it—just relax, have fun and enjoy creating alongside your fellow crafters.

Your finished button will make a lovely keepsake from the retreat and can be displayed in your craft room, attached to a canvas, used as home décor or simply treasured as a reminder of a wonderful creative weekend.
