Shipping policy

Once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, we aim to have your goodies dispatched via Australia Post within 4 working days (though we often ship sooner.

Packaging: We take pride in packing orders carefully—your crafting supplies will arrive safely and in great condition. We use sturdy pizza-style boxes for 12x12 paper and padded/tough bags or satchels for everything else. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so we can help resolve it. Please see our return policy.

 Shipping Charges

Within Australia:

• Store Pickup (Local Only):
  Live nearby? You’re welcome to pick up your order! There's no shipping charge for store pickups. Just give us a call or send a message to arrange a time. We also offer after-hours pickup or meet-ups around the Penrith area if that works better for you.

• Flat Rate Shipping:
  Orders under $100 are charged a flat shipping fee of $12.50.

• Larger Orders (by weight/size):

  • Orders over 5kg or bulky/non-standard items: From $14.50

  • Orders over 10kg: $25
    We'll always get in touch with you first to confirm and finalise any extra postage costs before dispatching.

• Express Post:
  Yes, you can absolutely request Express Post at checkout if you're in a hurry to get creating!

• Registered Post:
  Add $2.60 for registered post. Just contact us to request it. Please note that Australia Post limits compensation on uninsured items.
