Faulty Items & Returns Policy

We hope you love everything you order from Scrap of Your Life, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help! If you receive a faulty item, please get in touch with Julie at Scrap of Your Life as soon as possible so we can sort it out quickly. You can contact  directly on mobile number 0423 275 577 to discuss the issue.

Please be ready to share clear photos or evidence of the fault so we can assess the situation properly.

Important: All claims must be approved before returning any goods. Claims for faulty products must be reported within three (3) business days of receiving your order.

Please note that we are the supplier of the product, not the manufacturer, so some issues may need to be referred to the manufacturer for further support.

We are unable to provide a refund or replacement for products that have been misused, mishandled, incorrectly installed, or serviced. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow all instructions, advice, and warnings provided by the manufacturer or Scrap of Your Life.

If a product is found to have a genuine manufacturing fault, we will replace it at no charge—provided it's still available in stock.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders

We get it—sometimes we change our minds! However, we do not accept returns for items you no longer want or if you’ve ordered something by mistake.

We encourage you to take your time before finalising your order. If you’re unsure about a product, please feel free to give us a call at 0423 275 577—we’re happy to help guide you before you hit that “order now” button!

Also, don’t forget to log into your account to double-check if you’ve purchased the item before—it might already be in your crafty stash!

If you’ve ended up with a duplicate or something that’s not quite your vibe anymore, why not gift it to a fellow crafty friend? You might just make their day! 🎁✨

Classes, Retreats & Events

Please note that all deposits paid for any of our advertised Classes, Retreats, or Events are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued if you’re unable to attend, and monies are not transferable to other events or as store credit. We know life happens, and we truly appreciate your understanding as we plan and prepare for each event with care and love.
