Retreat Booking & Cancellation Policy

Deposits: 

A $50 deposit is required to secure your place. This deposit is non-refundable, as it goes toward confirming your booking.

Payment of Deposits

For Kiah Ridge and Mulgoa retreats: full payment is required two weeks prior to the retreat start date.

For Ebenezer retreats: full payment is required one month prior to the retreat start date.


Cancellations & Refunds

For Kiah Ridge and Mulgoa retreats:

If you’ve paid in full and are unable to attend, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis,
depending on the circumstances. Where possible, I may be able to transfer your payment to a future retreat.

For Ebenezer retreats:

Due to venue commitments, payments are non-refundable under any circumstances once made.
This is because I am required to pay for your place regardless of attendance.
