Yes. You’ll need a customer account so we can keep track of the points you earn and the rewards you redeem. Make sure you use the same email address whenever you shop so your points are added to the correct account.

Points earned from signing up or completing eligible activities should normally appear shortly afterwards. Points from purchases will be added once your order has been successfully processed and paid. Please allow up to 24 hours for your balance to update.

Log in to your customer account and open the VIP Rewards panel. Select the reward you would like to redeem and your points will be exchanged for a discount coupon.

Copy the coupon code and enter it in the discount code box when placing your next online order.

VIP Rewards coupons cannot usually be combined with another discount code or promotional offer. Only one discount code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

At this stage, your VIP points do not expire. However, Scrap of Your Life reserves the right to make changes to the VIP Rewards Program in the future. Customers will be notified if the expiry conditions change.

If an item is returned, cancelled or refunded, any VIP points earned from that item will be removed from your points balance. For a partial refund, only the points connected with the refunded amount will be deducted.

At this stage, VIP points are primarily earned and redeemed through the Scrap of Your Life online store. Purchases made directly at retreats, Creative Days or other in-person events may not automatically earn points.

If an event purchase is processed through your online customer account, please make sure you use the same email address connected to your VIP Rewards membership.
