Whatever Happened to Lemoncraft?
If you've been scrapbooking for a while, chances are you've come across Lemoncraft.
For many of us, Lemoncraft papers were those collections we couldn't wait to get our hands on. Soft florals, romantic vintage designs, beautiful watercolour artwork and perfectly coordinated embellishments made every collection feel special. Whether you loved creating layouts, mini albums, journals or handmade cards, Lemoncraft always seemed to have a paper collection that made you smile.
But if you've searched for Lemoncraft recently, you've probably noticed something strange...
Instead of finding the beautiful scrapbook papers we remember, you may end up on a Minecraft website!
So... what happened?
A Beautiful Beginning
Lemoncraft was founded in Poland around 2013 and quickly became one of Europe's favourite scrapbook paper manufacturers. Their collections were known for:
-
Romantic florals
-
Vintage-inspired designs
-
Elegant wedding collections
-
Sweet baby themes
-
Soft shabby chic colours
-
Gorgeous fussy-cutting sheets
-
High-quality heavyweight paper
Many scrapbookers loved how easy it was to create beautiful projects because every collection coordinated perfectly.
Some of their most-loved collections included:
-
House of Roses
-
Sweetness
-
Sense and Sensibility
-
Vintage Time
-
My Sweet Provence
-
Baby Boom
-
Elegance
Their artwork had a timeless quality that still looks beautiful today.

The Last New Collections
Looking back through the scrapbook community, the last major Lemoncraft paper collections appear to have been released during 2021. After that, new releases seemed to quietly stop appearing.
Unlike many companies that announce closures or retirement, Lemoncraft never appeared to make a public statement explaining what happened.
Did Lemoncraft Close?
The honest answer is not exactly!
Anna Zaprzelska's Creative Journey Continues
One lovely discovery is that Anna Zaprzelska, the artist closely associated with Lemoncraft, is still active in the creative world. She continues sharing projects, tutorials and inspiration through her social channels and creative community on Facebook as Anna Zaprzelska Room of Crafts and Lemoncraft in Digital.
It's always wonderful to see talented designers continue inspiring crafters, even when a beloved paper manufacturer is no longer producing collections.
Why We Still Love Lemoncraft
Even though new physical collections may no longer be released, Lemoncraft papers have certainly earned their place in scrapbooking history.
They inspired thousands of layouts, journals, albums and handmade cards all over the world.
If you happen to have a few sheets tucked away in your craft room... treasure them!
Sometimes those older collections become even more special because they remind us of a particular time in our crafting journey.
