Perfect Pearls are specially developed with a built-in resin, Perfect Pearls™ Pigments are easy to use wet or dry. Mix with watercolors, inks, acrylic paints, Mix with watercolours, inks, acrylic paint, Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel, embossing powders, and other mediums. Acid free and non-toxic. Adheres to many surfaces.

4 Perfect Pearl Tips 

• Perfect Pearls have a built-in binder which means you do not need to seal them after use. Simply, mist with water to activate the binding resin!
  
  
• Perfect Pearls are available in 26 dazzling colors
  
  
• Perfect Medium is a specially formulated clear medium designed to use with dry Perfect Pearls powders. Perfect Medium is available in ink pads  and pens. Also available in the store is the Perfect Medium Re-Inker.
  
  
• Perfect Pearls can also be used wet simply by mixing them with water and painting with a paint or water brush.
