At each retreat there is a photo booth set against a themed backdrop with a plethora of props that invite you to strike a pose and capture cherished moments. This event takes place on Saturday night, right after our group photo session outside the main craft room.
Hereโs how it works: On the first night of the retreat, spend some time crafting unique props that will add flair to your photo booth snapshots. It's a creative way to kick off the weekend and personalise your retreat memories. You can also use some of the creations in your craft projects, layouts, etc.
The photo booth is hosted by one of our talented crafters or myself. We love turning everyday items into whimsical props that reflect the spirit of our retreat. These crafting sessions are quick, easy, and participation is entirely optionalโso you can join in the fun as much or as little as you like.

At every retreat, we love to keep the energy high with a variety of fun games tailored to each eventโs unique theme. The selection of games changes from retreat to retreat. A fan favorite is our lively rounds of Bingo. Trivia is another pleaser, offering a chance to test your knowledge and the questions are usually based around the theme. There are often surprise games and they are included in the retreat guide so you know exactly what has been planned. Donโt worry about bringing anythingโeverything you need to participate is provided. And while we encourage everyone to join in on the fun, participation is completely optional. Itโs all about creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where you can engage as much or as little as you want.
SHOP NOWAt every retreat, we love to inspire creativity with a minimum of two or three exciting challenges. These challenges are designed to spark your imagination and inspire you.They vary from retreat to retreat, but typically focus on creating a scrapbook layout, crafting a unique tag, creating a card, or diving into an "off-the-page" project that takes your creativity beyond the usual boundaries.
Whether you're an experienced crafter or trying something new, these challenges offer a fun and rewarding way to stretch your imagination and take you outside your comfort zone.
Participation is optional, sometimes materials and products are provided. Usually you will need to use your own supplies.
These challenges often come with a theme or hints to give you some time to prepare and participate.
It's all about having fun, expressing yourself, and connecting with other crafters as you work on these projects.
Each challenge is judged independly by venue staff and the winner receives a lovely crafty prize.
The more content you provide about you and your business, the more confident people will be when purchasing from your store.
