Default Using up your stash

What products or technique would you like to try this year and which products in your stash would you like to use up?

I've been using up mesh - I don't think I really like it as a product anymore.

I have mountains of chipboard and so many flowers that I never even consider using anymore - I'd really like to move some of them out of storage and onto my LOs.

Funny that you were using mesh Julie - I used some on a LO yesterday - I had forgotten all about the packet of various colours I had kicking around. I was quite pleased with hte effect but I only used a tiny bit.

Well my goal is not so much any particular technique, just to scrap more.

I scrap a fair bit - in many ways I should probably cut back. Or at least do more other imporant stuff like study and housework! I need to find other areas where I can save time so I have all the time I need for scrapping.

I really need to use up a lot of chipboard too - both shapes and letters. I always seem to go through Thickers, but not so much chipboard letters. I think it's because the chipboard isn't very sticky! And if it's raw, I have to paint or ink it, and I don't like to wait.

I've just spent the last hour and a half trawling through my stash and I've had a lovely time - got lots of odd bits and pieces together for cc challenge 3. I think at this rate using my stash could take a VERY long time - I found so many treasures I'd forgotten I had...and I'm even using a chippie bit that needs to be painted

Julie - is it the colour or style of the alphas that you don't like? If it's just the colour you can paint them or doodle on them - amazing how good you can make them look. But if it's the shape you can cut them up and use them to form funky borders or even as backgrounds for your LOs. Creating Keepsakes had a great article about it late last year - I'll see if I can find it for you.

I've just finished the sketch challenge for the cc and I actually used the rest of the pp from my LO for challenge 3 (reverse side) and some more of the embellies I'd picked out but didn't end up using. Saved me some time

Actually that gives me an idea of some discussions we could have here - maybe each week we can choose a product and all share ways of using that product?
